Custom Order Process
1. Please send clear photos of your pet, including front view, side view and close-ups of facial features. More reference photos help me restore every lovely detail.
2. We will confirm the size, pose and all details of your wool felt artwork, then provide the final quote.
3. Production will start once your payment is confirmed.
4. I will send progress photos during creation. Small modifications are available at this stage.
5. Finished product photos will be sent for your final check. Major revisions after completion will require additional charges.
6. After your approval, the handmade piece will be securely packaged and shipped out.
Important Notes
Production time: 7–14 working days.
All custom handmade items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, excluding damage caused during transit.
